On February 27th Enfocus's releasing Switch PDF Review Module 1.2, which will be available for immediate download. This is the last update for the 1.0 series, and therefore works using the existing license key.
Version 1.2 is primarily a bug fix version, although there are some notable changes worth highlighting.
The Switch PDF Review Module has passed the Ghent Output Suite. This is a set of files designed to test PDF rendering and ripping.
Client inactive timeout is now a configuration option. This was previously available as a hidden option but is now configurable via the admin pages of the webserver. If a client has started a session and then gone inactive, you can configure the time before they are kicked, and their license is freed.
In the case of a timeout, the user will now receive a message explaining they are about to be kicked, with the option to continue the session.
At Drupa 2020, Enfocus will showcase some of the new features that can be found in the upcoming version 2.0. Version 2.0 will be released later this year; a precise release date is not available yet.
