Farfaglia Evoluzioni Grafiche chooses basysprint of xeikon pre-press

A purchase involving GMDE, supplier of pre-printed solutions

Farfaglia Evoluzioni Grafiche is a Lito-cartotecnica born as simple typography in 1860. From the founder, Luigi Farfaglia, to the successive generations, the printer has always worked to contribute to the technological development in the field of graphic arts, thus arriving today to have a reality-based on knowledge, modernity and experience.

Thanks also to the acquisition by the Ferron family, Farfaglia Evoluzioni Grafiche is on the market with strong know-how that allows it to provide high standards of quality and precision to customers' orders.

For 20 years, thanks to the registration of as many as 4 patents (SPY©, Totem with vestito©, Totem PVC©, Tirakelgira©) the company demonstrates a constant development and commitment in the search for innovative products.

Equipped with three printing machines, the press centre has recently expanded its prepress department by combining the current CTP UV-setter Series 860 produced by Basysprint with a CTP for large format. The choice fell on the UV-setter Series VLF renewing confidence in Basysprint products.

GMDE has been involved in the project and will provide assistance on both CTP and plate production workflow.
