From the acquisition by the Aurelius Fund, ECO3 was born.
Since its acquisition by the Aurelius Investment Fund, AGFA has been renamed
ECO3.
Despite the name and logo change, the core business will remain AGFA's historical one, with comprehensive support at all stages of the prepress supply chain.
ECO3, just like AGFA, offers a portfolio of offset plates, graphic films, equipment and services, as well as software and chemicals. Under the new ownership of Aurelius, the company will have the same organizational structure and customer-facing sales and service teams.

as you may recall, in August 2022 Agfa announced the sale of its Offset Solutions division to AURELIUS, a pan-European alternative investment company. Now that all regulatory approvals have been received, the transaction has been completed.
I am proud to announce that from now on our company name and brand name will change to ECO3.
A new owner, a new name and a new look, but the same passionate people. I can assure you that, now more than ever, you can continue to rely on us for the innovative solutions and services you buy from us. As our new brand name reveals, our mission is to bring value to the printing industry through sustainable innovation in products and services, which focuses on three times ECO: Ecology, Economy and Extra Convenience - or ECO3. Our new corporate colours - CMYK - are recognizable and speak for themselves: colour reproduction is at the core of all our activities. In the coming weeks, the new name will gradually come into effect. Therefore, we will hear back from you depending on the progress of formalities for our country. Until you hear from us, everything (phone numbers, addresses, bank accounts, ...) remains as it is. As soon as the administrative changes take effect, a more detailed communication with practical information will be sent to you. We look forward to continuing to bring the value our customers deserve.
