Thanks to efficient customer service and a global presence through 16 subsidiaries and distributors in over 80 countries, Scame Parre has established itself nationally and internationally.
 

The need for digitisation

The need to initiate a digital transformation project for Scame Parre arose from the desire to centralise product information in a single integrated system. This intervention was crucial to aligning the company with market needs, optimising internal processes, and reducing operating costs. The adoption of a more advanced and flexible technology was essential to improving internal efficiency, optimising processes, and ensuring agile and integrated information management via the ERP system.

The solution implemented by GMDE

To meet Scame Parre's needs, GMDE implemented a PIM (Product Information Management) system. This made it possible to centralise and efficiently manage large volumes of product data, ensuring that information is constantly updated and consistent across all channels. The result was a significant increase in internal efficiency, reducing the risk of errors and duplications and facilitating a faster response to market demands.

Future Developments

For its future plans, Scame Parre is committed to further expanding its digital transformation project, which includes introducing artificial intelligence-based solutions for marketing and implementing BMECat to facilitate interoperability and simplify transaction processes.
